Latest Pickup — The Iconic Jordan White Cement 3 “Reimagined”

As a product photographer, it was fun capturing the intricate details and exquisite design of the iconic Jordan White Cement 3 “Reimagined” sneaker. Originally introduced in 1988 as part of Nike's Air Jordan collection and designed by Tinker Hatfield, this was the first sneaker to feature the signature elephant print on its toe and heel.

Taking cues from the Air Jordan 1 "Lost & Found" released in November 2022, the Jordan White Cement 3 “Reimagined” sneaker features an "aged" aesthetic applied to one of its original color combinations - Summit White, Cement Grey, Fire Red, and Black. While the upper and sole unit maintain the original color scheme, elements such as heel panels, mid-foot eyelets, and midsole components are given a slightly-yellowed finish to create a vintage look. The retro also includes "NIKE AIR" branding on the spine instead of the Jumpman logo, emphasizing its reimagined status. Additionally, the included hang tags and shoe box design pay homage to the sneaker's past, while design details on the sneaker itself harken back to the original model.

FUN FACT - Famously worn by Michael Jordan during the 1988 NBA All-Star Game, where he achieved an impressive 40 points and earned the game's MVP title, the Jordan White Cement 3 has solidified its place in sneaker history. Its appearance in Spike Lee's film "Do the Right Thing" only added to its popularity among sneakerheads.
