What does the headshot process look like?
1. Schedule your session
Reach out via our contact form or schedule a call to book your session. We’ll go over your needs, team size, and ideal shoot location to ensure everything runs smoothly. Working with a tight deadline or have specific branding guidelines? No problem—we’ll tailor the shoot to match.2. On-site photo shoot
We make each session personal, comfortable, and stress-free—typically lasting just 10–15 minutes per person. We’ll guide you through posing and expressions to make sure you look and feel great, so you walk away with a photo you love.3. Review photos live
Review your photos on a monitor throughout your session. This way, you can see how things are looking, give feedback, and adjust your outfit or expression to ensure you’re happy with your photo. At the end of your session, you make the final decision on which images to retouch.4. Delivery of photos
We’ll professionally retouch your selected images—adjust lighting, remove minor blemishes, and make sure everything looks polished. Your final high-resolution files will be ready within 1-2 weeks and delivered via a secure download link. From booking to final delivery, we’ve made the entire process seamless and stress-free for you!
