Gräem Nuts and Chocolate — Meet the Makers

Meet Nikki—the owner of Gräem Nuts and Chocolate.

Imagine a world where every bite is like a trip to Europe. That’s the world that Nikki Crugnale has created with her business, Gräem Nuts and Chocolate.

Through her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for travel, food, and retail, Nikki built a European-inspired nut roastery in the heart of downtown Concord, MA.

The team at Gräem focuses on crafting exceptional nuts, decadent chocolates, and exquisite dried fruit. While their roots lie in nut roasting, they also specialize in crafting chocolates in-house and curating a premium array of European chocolate imports.

Nikki was kind enough to invite me to her shop one Sunday morning before the store opened to take some photos of her and her products, to participate in my Meet the Makers project—a personal series where I photograph the successes, challenges, opportunities, and rewards of growing a business through editorial portraits.

As a self-proclaimed chocolate lover, I couldn’t have been more excited!

If you’re ever in the area, be sure to stop in at Gräem, say hi to Nikki, and pick up some delicious dark chocolate bark.
