Here's a few of my most asked questions. I'm always available to answer more, so don't hesitate to reach out!
How would you describe your style?
Photojournalistic. Fun. Easy going. Images that will capture the energy and emotions of your wedding day. I want you to look back on the experience and not the poses.
Do we need a second photographer?
In a few instances, yes. If you are inviting over 100 guests, getting ready in separate locations, or are looking to have multiple angles covered throughout the day – I always recommend a second photographer.
Can we see a full wedding gallery?
Sure! Send me an email and I’d be happy to show you full wedding galleries.
Should we do an engagement session?
An engagement session is great for two reasons. One, you get some time to enjoy who you are as a couple, doing things you love, while getting awesome photos to share with your friends and family. The second reason? It’s great practice for your wedding day, and it will allow us both to get to know each other more. You’ll become more familiar with how I shoot, and you’ll likely be more comfortable as well.
How many photos will I receive and how long will it take to get them?
Typically I deliver 75 -150 photos for every hour of coverage. The final count is dependent on many factors. You’ll get sneak peeks online shortly after your wedding, and then I’ll spend the next 6-8 weeks carefully color correcting each image to assure that they all meet my high standards. Your beautiful online gallery will be ready before you know it!
How far in advance should we book?
Most clients look to book their wedding at least a year in advance. Be sure to send me an email sooner rather than later so we can discuss availability.
Do you travel?
Yes! For long distance weddings, a travel fee will apply.
Let’s talk money – what will it cost to have you photograph my wedding?
Wedding collections start at $4,000. Once your wedding date is secured, 40% is due upon booking, 30% is due at the halfway point, and the remaining 30% is due one month before your wedding date. I accept checks and credit cards.
We would love to work with you, what happens next?
On the contact page, tell me a little more about your wedding so I can confirm availability. Once confirmed, I would love to meet with you in person or have a quick phone call to start the booking process. A signed digital contract and a 40% retainer secures your date.
