In 2015, I went to Greece to attend my cousin’s wedding. During the ceremony, I thought it would be fun to take some pictures of my own. I know what you’re thinking.. You were Uncle Bob at your cousin’s wedding? And if you’re wondering what an Uncle Bob is: Uncle Bob – a term used by photographers to describe a “man with a camera.” He has a habit of wanting to “talk shop” with the photographers who are being paid to work the event and generally, gets in the way. Sometimes he even tries to shoot over your shoulder as you pose a subject. Yes, I was that guy!
Well, it was at that time when I met and actually took my first photograph of Sarah! Fast forward to 2018 and she emails me asking about photographing her upcoming wedding with Zach! There was no way I could say no to that! I’m so fortunate that I could document their wedding at the Holy Trinity Church followed by a reception at their family’s barn in Dracut, MA. And to think that their family barn was filled with stuff from the previous owner just a short six months ago is incredible!
I was joined by Halie Olszowy for this one and some of her images are below. Also, remember that picture of Sarah, you’ll find that below as well!
